Politique d’expédition

All curtain rods and large hardware orders ship via UPS ground.

The maximum length we can ship curtain rods in one piece is 93″ however, we will generally split curtain rods at the mounting points if over 73″. We have developed a system that is invisible, strong, easy to assemble, and will allow you to build a high-quality curtain rod without concern of sagging or poor performance.

Turnaround time (from the date your order is placed)

Curtain Rods: 3-4 Weeks - Upgraded Processing is 10 Business Days or Less

Drapery Hardware & Samples: 1-3 Business Days 

All other stock items; 7 Business Days

*If you've paid to upgrade then expect a tracking number within 10 business days from when your order was placed. 

Shipping cost

We only charge $45.00 for one curtain rod, and $20.00 for each additional curtain rod.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance covers potential complications to good in transit, including loss, damage, or theft.  With this insurance we replace the necessary items with no additional cost to you. 

Damage, loss or theft of an order must be reported to Paso Robles Ironworks within 30 days of the ship date to be eligible for replacement.  Please Contact admin@ironhardware.com for more information. 

Any complications, missing products, damaged products must be reported to Paso Robles Ironworks via email at admin@ironhardware.com with 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for refund, credit or replacement. 

Canada & UK Shipping Policy

We are happy to ship orders outside the U.S., however, please note that all taxes and duties must be paid by the customer at time of delivery to the shipping agent.
