
Our 7/8" diameter return rods (French rods) are handmade to your specifications with a graceful 90 degree return at each end.
French return curtain rods are not just for looks! This sleek design was made to keep the light from peeking out from behind your curtains. Great for bedrooms or spaces where you want to have control over the brightness of the room. This also adds a few inches of extra rod on each side that goes into the wall making it a great choice for tight spaces. French return curtain rods allow the drapes to stack back against the wall giving you a clean and polished look.
French return curtain rods over 72″ long will require one center support mount, over 144″ requires two, over 215″ requires three and so on.
1.75in C-Rings and Bypass Mounts are required if you need the curtain to draw past the support mounts.

Details & Dimensions Our 7/8″ diameter return rods (French rods) are hand made to your specifications with a graceful 90 degree return at each end. The mounting hardware on the 90 degree return is 3/4" wide and 4" high. To protect your rod from damage during shipping it is best for us to split 7/8″ diameter rods over 80″ in the center and ship in two pieces. Rest assured, we can easily guarantee that any of our joined curtain rods will be as strong and functional as a one-piece curtain rod. When our rods are split for shipping, they and joined together internally with a center connector so there is never a bump for your curtains to hang up on. Order changes on custom curtain rods can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Since all curtain rods are custom cut to your measurements, we can not make changes after the 24 hours.
