Order changes on custom curtain rods can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Order change requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order for all standard shipping orders including curtain rods, bath and cabinet hardware. To avoid order errors and delays in the production schedule, orders cannot be altered after 24 hours. 

Order changes cannot be made on Expedited orders. 

Expedited orders go into production immediately and cannot be altered.

Very quick! We try to stock every item shown on the web site and ship most curtain rod orders within 14-20 business days. Custom made parts and custom plate cutting like t-straps and hinges may take a few weeks. Curtain rings and miscellaneous hardware typically ships with-in 2-3 days of purchase.

Expedited orders will ship within 1-10 days.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $600. Curtain rods shipping to Canada, the UK, Alaska, and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping. Rod shipping to those locations is $90 for the first rod and $30 for each additional rod. These rod rates do not affect hardware, decor, lighting, or other items.

We are happy to ship orders to Canada, however, please note that all taxes and duties must be paid by the customer at time of delivery to the shipping agent.
