Our antique black finish is a very deep flat black reminiscent of the hand applied carbon and wax finishes used by yesterday’s blacksmiths.
Our hand applied iron oxide patina finish is the most versatile finish we produce. It is the correct choice for rustic and Tuscan decor and blends perfectly with your oil rubbed bronze, rusty brown, or black iron decor.
Our hand applied burnished silver patina finish has rich nickel silver highlights with antique black iron undertones and blends well with stainless or nickel accessories and decor.
Our hand applied antique gold patina finish has rich deep gold highlights with antique black iron undertones reminiscent of Spanish and Italian treasure.
Shelf and Mantle brackets typically ship with in 1-2 weeks via UPS
To install Iron Shelf brackets, follow these steps:
Gather Tools: You will need a tape measure, pencil, drill, screwdriver, and level.
2"-#8 Screws provided with optional caps.
Measure and Mark: Determine the placement of the door hardware by measuring and marking where the holes will go.
Pre-drill Holes: Use a drill to create holes at the marked locations.
Insert Screws: Drill pilot hole into the marked locations on the door.
Attach Hardware: Line up door hardware with pilot holes. Hardware includes a screw, black washer, silver washer, and plastic cap to give the look of a rivet. First, drop the silver washer on the screw to cup up over the screwhead. Second, twist on the black washer in that same orientation (will sit between the mounting service and cap). Drill the screw into the mounting surface and tighten the screws with a screwdriver, being careful not to over-tighten. Finish by snapping the plastic cap onto the silver washer.
